Access Valley Water
The Santa Clara Valley Water District was looking to improve their services experience. Familiar with my previous CHI311 project, they requested a similar system tailored to their needs. Working directly with Santa Clara Valley Water district stakeholders, we crafted a service portal that provided informational assistance, self-help, and water service request intake and management. This service portal provided a positive user experience that allowed constituents to easily get information on their water district and quickly alert the district to service interruptions or issues.
